Community & Individual Support Program The vision of this program is to develop and implement a planning and review process to ensure professional service delivery and to be involved in and support Inala Community House activities. The program's purpose is to achirve a community in which families and individuals have the capacity to meet their own needs and achirve self-reliance. To strengthen the community's ability to respond to its own needs through community education and development and to enhance the professionalism of the service. The vision of the program is to increase opportunities for people to enrich their lives by providing initial assessment counselling, support, information and referrals to specialized services: Community information/educational programs Community development activities/events Collaborative programs/projects with other services The service is for the general public, including individuals - adults and children - in the Inala and Brisbane South West Neighbouring districts. Service is free or at nominal fees for specific counselling or programs and courses.
