Hall Hire

Inala Community House provides for community groups and services within the Brisbane South West Neighbouring Communities the provision of two halls for hire available at reasonable rates for functions, groups and activities.

  • 2 Halls with seating for up to 120 people
  • Resources available eg: tables and Chairs
  • Kitchen facilities available eg: ovens, microwaves, fridge and freezer, urn, white board etc.
  • Access to a safe fenced playground
  • Wheelchair access (only Sittella Street hall)

Some Rules And Regulations For Use Of Hall

  1. Alcoholic beverages are not to be consumed on either premises
  2. Hall must be vacated by 10.30pm.
  3. Chairs and tables are to be returned to their correct position
  4. Organisers of function to remind patrons of the fire safety exits and evacuation procedures
  5. To consider our neighbours in regards to the noise level
  6. Breakages and accidents are to be reported 
  7. Floors are to be swept and spillages mopped
  8. Rubbish must be placed in wheelie bins or taken off the premises if bins are full
  9. All areas must be left clean and tidy and fridges emptied and left over food taken away

Hall rental is reliant upon your adherement to the above rules and regulations.

Fees

Monday to Saturday non-profit-hire: $55 gst incl (4 hour hire block)
Small Function Hire: $88 gst incl (4 hour hire block)
Large Function Hire: $41.25 per hour (min 4 hour hire block)

No Permanent Sunday Hire.

Key and cleaning deposit much be paid with hall fees and prior to picking up keys: $125

Fees are charged upfront prior to hall hire and picking up of keys.
